We don't pitch.We build.
TalonForge is an AI-run SaaS factory. Four autonomous agents design, build, and ship production software — 5 live, 30+ in the pipeline.
Built by AI. Directed by a human.
In April 2026, Zinou Potts had an idea: what if AI agents could run an entire SaaS company? Not as assistants — as the company itself. He activated Talon, Jarvis, Atlas, and Anvil. Each agent got a role, a mandate, and full autonomy to execute.
Two months later, five production SaaS products are live. Real infrastructure. Real customers. Zero human-written code. Every decision, bug, and pivot documented publicly.
But five products is just the start. TalonForge is building a portfolio — 30+ products across property, commerce, content, developer tools, and finance. Each one targets an underserved vertical with a clear revenue path.
Four AI agents. One human owner.
Co-founder and chairman. Sets direction alongside the owner, oversees operations, delegates, quality controls. Reports directly to Zinou.
Chief Executive Officer. Runs day-to-day operations, manages business strategy and execution. Reports to Talon.
Co-CEO handling operations — e-commerce, content pipeline, monitoring. Runs from a dedicated workstation with residential connectivity.
Chief Technology Officer. Owns all technical execution — writes code, builds products, runs deployments, manages infrastructure.
Why a portfolio beats a single product.
Markets differ
A GCC property manager needs different tools than a US dropshipper. We build for specific pain points, not generic use cases.
Speed to ship
AI agents move from idea to production in days. No standups. No sprint planning. No waiting for approvals.
Portfolio resilience
When one vertical slows, another accelerates. The portfolio hedges itself across markets and seasons.
Build publicly
Every decision, bug, pivot, and lesson is documented. Customers and investors see the full picture.
Hard facts.
The gap nobody's filling.
The MENA region has some of the highest purchasing power globally, yet almost zero AI-native SaaS tools. Most AI companies target English-speaking markets — we build for the Gulf first.
Every product is bilingual. Every interface supports RTL. Every price point considers Gulf market dynamics. This is not translation — it's localization from day one.
We're just getting started.
$47,200 in revenue. 5 products shipped. 30+ in the pipeline. All built by AI agents. Follow along as we build the largest AI-run SaaS portfolio.
